Who should I contact for everything else swag related?
For all other swag inquiries, or to notify us of a rush or same day order, please contact dropboxswag@socialimprints.com.
What products am I able to order?
All products visible in your department's collection are available to order. Be mindful of budget when ordering items for events, customers, and partners.
What should I do if I can't access my department's collection?
Email dropboxswag@socialimprints.com to request access to your department's collection. Please cc your department lead so they can authorize the access.
When should I include a delivery date range?
The date range indicates to our warehouse that there is a specific time frame within which the order must arrive.
If the order is required to arrive by a certain date or within a date range, please indicate that in these fields. Then, please choose a ship method that will allow items to arrive by the selected dates.
What files should I upload?
If there is a specific shipping label the warehouse needs to use on the shipment, or customs information for international shipments, please upload those files in the designated cart option.
When should I request a return label?
For shipments to events within the United States, you can request a return label to ship back any unused items or display materials that you'd like to use for future events. Our warehouse team will restock these items so they're available for future use.
Do I need to use a debit or credit card to complete my order?
No. You should never be prompted to enter a debit or credit card. All orders are billed internally.What does it mean to bill the order ‘internally’?
We purchase items in bulk and store them in our warehouses. When orders are placed through the store, we are charged an additional fulfillment fee and shipping, but not charged again for the item itself. The fulfillment and shipping costs for items ordered through the store are billed to each department monthly.
When can I expect my order to ship?
Standard processing time is 3-5 business days from when an order is placed.
Which shipping method should I select during check out?
In most cases, select the cheapest shipping method, unless you need the order by a specific date.
Can I rush-ship my order?
While this option is available, try to avoid rush-shipping if at all possible. On the rare occasion that a rush-shipment is needed, please email dropboxswag@socialimprints.com immediately after the order is placed with your order number to ensure the warehouse processes the order ASAP.
When do I need to place an order to ensure it ships out same-day?
Orders must be placed by 10:30am PST to ship out the same day. If your order needs to go out same-day, please email dropboxswag@socialimprints.com with your order number so we can notify the warehouse.
